Bagelan Paduka

Bagelen bread, or better known as crispy bread, which cracks hard, when bitten is a bread that we often encounter in most parts of Java. Bread with a crispy texture has a sweet flavor that is suitable to be eaten as a friend to drink tea in the afternoon. Bagelan bread is made from the main ingredients of sweet bread that is shaped both round and long. The bread is then split into two parts and each piece of bread is given a roemboter and after that it is baked until it is dry. Roemboter is white butter that has a sharp fragrance. Giving this roemboter not only makes bagels taste sweet, but also the aroma is more fragrant and appetizing.
